Cancellation Policy

Before Dispatch

Ready-stock orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are marked as dispatched. Contact tvarabysonali@gmail.com or +91 62670 54886 with your order number.

Customised Orders

Because customised and made-to-measure pieces are cut specifically for you, cancellation is only possible before production begins. Once cutting/stitching has started, the order cannot be cancelled, though we will always work with you on any genuine issue.

After Dispatch

Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — please refer to our Returns & Exchange Policy instead.
