Refund Policy

When Refunds Apply

Refunds are issued for orders cancelled before dispatch, approved exchanges/returns under our Returns & Exchange Policy, and orders that could not be delivered due to a serviceability issue on our end.

Refund Method

All refunds are credited to the original payment method used at checkout via Razorpay. We do not offer cash refunds.

Timeline

Once approved, refunds are initiated within 2 business days and typically reflect in your account within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
